With a distinguished career spanning education, corporate benefits advisory, and community engagement, Mr. Fenelus brings a wealth of expertise and a commitment to fostering excellence in education.

As a Corporate Benefits advisor based in NFP's Indianapolis office, Geoff Fenelus has dedicated his career to partnering with charter schools, non-profits, and small to mid-size businesses in designing and implementing innovative employee benefits programs. His approach focuses on achieving bottom-line results, enhancing employee satisfaction, and nurturing a positive company culture through tailored solutions.

Geoff's profound experience in the education sector includes roles as a teacher, turnaround school principal, and executive director. Notably, he founded and led Promise Prep and served as a school leader at a charter network school that ranked among the top 3-5% in the state of New York. His advocacy for educational excellence aligns seamlessly with Purdue Polytechnic High Schools' mission to provide cutting-edge, project-based learning opportunities.

He is a current Mitch Daniels Leadership Foundation (MDLF) Fellow, an alumnus of the Surge Institute and a member of Education Leaders of Color, showcasing his commitment to driving positive change and educational equity.

Geoff Fenelus holds a Master's degree from Long Island University - Brooklyn Campus and a Bachelor's degree from Wheaton College. His extensive skill set encompasses strategic planning, project management, stakeholder engagement, curriculum development, and effective
