PURDUE POLYTECHNIC HIGH SCHOOLs’ celebrates Coach Nicole Schadek as Indiana Teacher of the Year Top 25 Finalist

Indianapolis, IN, July 29, 2024—Purdue Polytechnic High Schools (PPHS) proudly announces that Nicole Schadek has been named a Top 25 Finalist for the 2025 Indiana Teacher of the Year Award. This honor recognizes her exceptional contributions to education and profound impact on students both in and out of the classroom.

Coach Schadek, known for her commitment to student development, has been an inspiring figure at PPHS. Her innovative methods and dedication to creating a supportive and engaging environment have made her a standout educator in Indiana.

Coach Schadek was previously acknowledged at PPHS as PPHS Englewood's Teacher of the Year, an honor voted for and acknowledged by her peers, students, families, and members of the PPHS team. This recognition further underscores her significant contributions to the school community.

The Indiana Teacher of the Year Program (INTOY) annually honors the state’s most outstanding educators, celebrating those who go above and beyond to inspire and uplift their students. As a Top 25 Finalist, Coach Schadek joins an esteemed group of educators recognized for their dedication and excellence in teaching.
